Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount, with no deductions.

- Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through your original booking platform. The date we receive your request will be used to determine the refund amount.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

If you fail to arrive or leave before your scheduled end date, the entire booking amount is non-refundable.
